Dental Crowns

Zirconium(Zr),Lithium disilicate (Ls2),Metal Ceramics(base alloys, noble and very noble)

Monolithic bridge

Its zirconium oxide structure reinforced with yttrium (zirconia) provides greater resistance and translucency, allowing for the creation of complete full-contour crowns. External pigments are applied to imitate the effects of a natural tooth and achieve highly aesthetic results. They are made in the digital area with a CAD CAM method and are free of internal alloy structures that are generally black or gray.

Advantages

When talking about a monolithic crown, reference is made to the elaboration of the entire anomie of the tooth in a single material, taking advantage of the advantages of resistance and its high aesthetic level. Its analog manufacturing method is pressed or digital milled. It is an option that meets the most demanding aesthetic standards that patients require and has shown over the years its stability in adhesion to the dental structure.

Disadvantages

Its low levels of fluorescence may be noticeable under a black light. It could be considered among one of the heaviest fixed prostheses.

Stratified crown

(layer by layer)
Ls2(Lithium Disilicate)

Disilicate crown produced from the digital areas with CNC and analogue (handmade) by pressing method. For compensated structures that are subsequently completed layer by layer of ceramic armor to give the anatomical shape of the crown, known as the stratification technique, it brings us closer to natural, personalized aesthetic results. Recognized in the environment as metal-free restorations. Lithium disilicate is a material that must be used with suitable equipment referenced by the creators of the raw material, this guarantees its longevity and biocompatibility, while obtaining the maximum benefit from the properties of mimicry and a sensation of naturalness. , obtaining exceptional results.

It presents resistant and long-lasting results in all indications:

– 0.3mm ceramic laminates, veneers.

– Inlays/onlays, table top, partial crowns.

– Individual crowns on anterior or posterior teeth.

– 3-unit bridge in the anterior region up to the premolar.

Advantages

– The characteristic of blending occurs due to the material’s ability to absorb the internal color of a favorable colored surface.

-It is very light.

-Resistance of 450 mpa.

Disadvantages

-Its camouflage characteristics do not make it a good option for making a monolithic technique on an unfavorable substrate.

-It is not indicated for bridges with more units depending on the area to be rehabilitated.

Ls2 Crown

Cut-Back Technique

The restorations are made with an almost complete contour, leaving a space in the middle third and buccal incisal to stratify or put ceramic layers, further characterizing this aesthetic portion and effectively generating highly aesthetic restorations.

Restorations on Implants

Connection to t-base, screwed and screwed cement, to be cemented on a t-base, abutment or abuttment in titanium, depending on the depth of the implant. Screwed or screwed cement is used in order to avoid cement remains in peri-implant tissues. Its digital manufacturing method allows each detail to be customized, improving the appearance and expanding the options to achieve a more ideal rehabilitation for the patient.

T-Base

Custom abutment – screwed cement

Screwed crown

Screwed Crown

Screw-retained crowns are characterized by their versatility; they can be removed without affecting the prosthesis in its ceramic coating, that is, the patient’s implant can be evaluated whenever required. It is an excellent option for submerged implants, and has the advantage of being able to contour the emerging profile to achieve a more natural result.

– Structure made by CAD CAM technology, addition technique or laser sintering in Chrome-Cobalt.

– Default connectors that offer impeccable adaptation to the implant platform.

– Its internal anatomical structure compensated from the digital design in order to obtain controlled spaces for the ceramic coating layer by layer and achieve a natural result.

Inlay Ls2 Makeup Technique

Restoration that is carried out in cavities of molars, premolars or posterior sector that has suffered loss of its dental structure, helping to recover the partially affected area, safeguarding the part of the natural tooth in the mouth.

It covers only a portion of the tooth and replaces the use of amalgams to give it a better appearance, which is almost imperceptible to the eye.
